Quiet hotel in a magnificent and unbeatable location right in the centre, really enjoyed this place. Our room was well-appointed with a safe, a minibar and central heating. The bed was comfy with hypoallergenic pillows. Extremely helpful staff, they helped us a lot. Location: the property was close to the local cafe as well as the Corte Realdi.

Cozy and charming rooms with a separate living area, and the breakfast was served at a different spot. The staff were friendly! Enjoyed having breakfast at the restaurant. 🍳

This hotel has a great location in the heart of the city, which made it easy for us to explore the sights and experience the Christmas markets. We really appreciated the fact that the staff provided us with a list of recommended restaurants in the area, which were amazing - the food was delicious! The rooms were also very clean and well-maintained, which was great.
The hotel was not without its faults. The rooms had a slightly musty smell and some of the furniture looked a bit tired, which was a shame.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable, especially for a hotel with such attention to detail. The location is fantastic, just a few streets away from the room, in a great area. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms have their own character, especially the ones located on the ground floor. The breakfast, although served at another location, is delicious and adds to the overall experience.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.

Our family had a fantastic stay in a beautiful room situated in a prime location close to the city's top attractions and great restaurants. the room was elegantly furnished, spacious, and comfortable, with lovely decor. the bathroom was excellent with a large rain shower, and toiletries provided. the coffee machine was a great touch, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in a nearby location.
We did face a minor issue with communication upon our arrival and had to carry our luggage to the room ourselves, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with plenty of wine bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast provided was delicious and there was a good variety of options to choose from. the staff were friendly and helpful in organizing restaurant reservations and providing information about the area.
One major downside was the check-in process. There was only one staff member available to handle check-ins for multiple properties, which resulted in a long wait outside when we arrived.

Great location just off the main street, close to most attractions and down the street to a restaurant for breakfast. Very clean, with comfy beds and well-functioning air conditioning. Helpful staff who provided detailed arrival instructions, including access codes and a welcome wine.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
